Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digi Carotene Academy primarily delivers professional training and educational services (live classes, blended learning, projects, and mentorship), not physical retail goods. This policy explains how and when our services and any related materials are delivered, including any limited physical items.

1. Nature of our products and services

Our offerings include in-person training at our Hyderabad centre, live online sessions, hybrid formats, and access to digital learning assets (such as slides, reading lists, links to tools, assignment briefs, and—where stated for your programme—session recordings or learning platform logins). Unless a specific programme brochure explicitly includes a physical kit, you should assume delivery is digital or in-person attendance-based, not courier shipment of goods.

2. Digital access and service delivery

• Onboarding emails — After your payment is confirmed and your seat is allocated, we typically send enrolment confirmation, batch schedule, and preparation instructions to the email address you provided within two (2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in India, unless a different timeline is stated at checkout or in your offer letter.
• Class links and platforms — For online or hybrid programmes, meeting links, LMS invitations, or tool access are shared through email or designated cohort channels (for example, a closed chat group) before the programme start date, or at the latest by the first session, unless a delay is communicated due to force majeure or technical outage.
• In-person sessions — Venue address, reporting time, and classroom rules are shared in the same onboarding communications. “Delivery” of in-person instruction occurs when you attend scheduled sessions at the published location.
• Recordings and downloads — Where recordings or downloadable files are part of your package, availability may be staggered by module. Access may be time-limited to the cohort period or the duration stated in your programme terms.

3. Physical materials (if applicable)

Occasionally a programme may include optional or included printed workbooks, merchandise, or equipment. When we ship physical items within India:

• We use reputable courier or postal services.
• Estimated delivery is generally five (5) to ten (10) business days from dispatch, depending on your location; remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping charges, if any, are disclosed before payment. If shipping is included in the course fee, no separate shipping fee is charged.
• Risk of loss passes in accordance with courier terms; if an item is lost in transit after dispatch, we will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or reasonable alternative.

If your programme does not list a physical kit, no shipment applies—this section does not create an obligation to ship goods.

4. Service availability

We aim to run programmes on published schedules. Rare cancellations, rescheduling, or substitution of a specific instructor may occur; in those cases we will follow our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions regarding remedies.

5. Your responsibilities

Please ensure your email inbox and spam/junk folders are monitored; provide accurate contact details; join sessions on time; and meet any technical requirements (stable internet, headset, software installations) we communicate before the batch. Delays caused by incorrect information or failure to accept platform invitations are not considered late delivery by us.

If you participate from outside India, digital delivery methods are the same unless we notify you of region-specific restrictions (for example, certain tools may be unavailable in your country). We do not guarantee international shipment of physical materials unless explicitly sold with international shipping to your country.
